Stan is a worldwide rail industry veteran who has held Vice President and General Manager positions over the past 14 years with McConway & Torley Corporation and A.Stucki Company. He is a degreed and state licensed mechanical engineer with a masters in business administration. Stan is available to work with Workhorse customers in developing creative solutions to their supply problems. He also excels at matching worldwide rail industry manufacturing capabilities with customer needs.

Chris Farls
CEO
Chris is a former freight car repair shop owner and an industrial engineer with experience working with automotive industry clients in the area of supply chain management. He leads the company’s track side business unit and is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with Workhorse’s suppliers and distribution partners. Chris also serves as the company's CFO and leads any mergers, acquisitions and joint venture activities.

Nancy Cieslak
VP of Administration
Nancy handles quote and order processing for Workhorse Rail. She previously worked as a systems engineer for IBM and has a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. Nancy is available to help Workhorse Rail customers with their administrative and order processing needs.
